Who We Are
Helping seniors live well at home since 2001, Hamline Midway Elders provides services and programs for seniors in the Hamline Midway and western Frogtown areas of Saint Paul.
Our mission is to provide volunteer and professional assistance to enable elders to remains in their homes with independence, dignity and choice.
What We Do
Individual services include:
- care coordination
- health advocacy
- transportation
- friendly visits
- information & referral
Group activities include:
- monthly luncheons
- exercise, chair yoga, tai chi, and walking groups
- knitting group
- documentary film series and other art series
- annual community events
