Living Well Disability Services

Living Well Disability Services transforms the lives of people impacted by disabilities through the delivery of exceptional services.  We are a nonprofit organization founded as Dakota's Children in 1972 by parents, volunteers and community partners.

We provide residential and customized services supporting almost 300 people in their own home, their family's home or in our 36 group homes throughout ten counties in the Twin Cities area.  We offer individually tailored services to people impacted by disabilities such as cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, multiple sclerosis and autism.
