Reach for Resources

Reach for Resources, Inc. is a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower people with all abilities to reach their full potential. We do this by providing individualized services that maximize independence, boosts community involvement, and improves physical and emotional well-being.

We support over 1,300 individuals annually through our programs: Adaptive Recreation & Inclusion, Housing Supports, Case Management, Counseling, Employment, Independent Living Supports and Mental Health Services. 

Our Programs

Adaptive Recreation & Inclusion: we offer a variety of recreation programs that are specifically adapted to meet the needs of people with developmental disabilities. Programs are designed to promote physical health, build social skills, and enhance community integration.

Community Living Supports: we support adults with disabilities to achieve the highest level of self-reliance possible and integrate into their communities

Mental Health Services: our licensed, experienced mental health professionals and practitioners have been duly trained to address both disability issues and mental health services such as: Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS); Children's Mental Health Targeted Case Management; Family and Parenting Development Services; and Counseling.

Waiver Case Management: Our Waiver Case Management team provides personalized supports to individuals looking to coordinate their services through waiver funding, including: developing a person-centered service plan; Informing the team of service options; evaluating and monitoring services; advocating on behalf of the individual; and conducting research and accessing additional resources.

Referral & Advocacy: part of Reach for Resources' mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to advocate for themselves and find resources to meet their needs within the community.
