Who We Are
Como Park / Falcon Heights Living at Home Block Nurse Program is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping older adults stay in their homes longer, safer, and with dignity and respect.
What We Do
We are a volunteer driven not for profit organization that provides simple services and resources to senior 65+ in the Como Park and Falcon Heights area. Our volunteers provide transportation to and from non-emergency medical appointments, are friendly visitors, bi-annual yard clean up, grocery support and social engagement. We always welcome your help and would love your support! Our goal is to support our senior community to remain living independently in their homes.
