Who We Are
Minnesota People of Color Pride (MNPOC Pride) is a community-led nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting, celebrating, and empowering LGBTQ+ people of color across Minnesota. Founded to address gaps in representation, access, and culturally responsive programming, MNPOC Pride creates spaces where individuals can show up fully and authentically.
Led by a diverse team of community leaders, advocates, and organizers, our work centers equity, inclusion, and collective wellbeing. We collaborate with local partners, health organizations, and businesses to provide impactful programming that reflects the needs and voices of the communities we serve.
What We Do
Our work bridges celebration and purpose—from the stage to the streets—connecting our community to resources, opportunities, and each other. Whether it’s through our Pride Festival, Rainbow Roots workforce program, or public health campaigns, we are building a future rooted in equity, visibility, and collective power.
