Multicultural Medical Clinic (MMC) is an independent nonprofit primary care clinic in Minneapolis providing affordable, culturally responsive health care for uninsured, low-income, immigrant, refugee, and multilingual communities. We offer preventive care, chronic disease management, and integrated mental/behavioral health support.
MMC also provides enabling services that remove barriers to care, including patient navigation, care coordination, interpretation, outreach, and eligibility/enrollment assistance. We ensure access to diagnostics through formal partnerships for laboratory services (Labcorp) and imaging (RAYUS Radiology).
No patient is denied care due to inability to pay. We operate a Sliding Fee Discount Program, including a 100% discount for patients at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Our work advances health equity, improves care access, and strengthens long-term wellness for diverse families across Minneapolis.
