Who We Are
At NOURISH, we're on a mission to remove the stigma associated with nutrition support. To do this we're making healthy food accessible to everyone in the Frogtown and Rondo Communities of St. Paul and beyond. We're bringing our community together to fight hunger with kindness and joy. We're a neighbor-centered, volunteer-driven, community-powered food shelf that believes in searching for the best quality food we can find and making it available in an atmosphere that is authentic AND welcoming AND supportive AND fun AND simply amazing.
What We Do
NOURISH offers weekly distributions where families can access fresh produce, pantry staples, and ready-to-eat meals. We use a client choice model so that our neighbors enjoy an experience most similar to visiting their local grocer…without the overwhelming burden to pay. On Sundays, we offer community elders and the immunocompromised an “Hour of Power" when they don’t have to stand in line and only fresh, organic food is offered.
