What We Do
We are a civil rights nonprofit working to help end inequality. IDEA is a non-profit organization dedicated to challenging systemic barriers, injustice, discrimination, bias, inequality and outright hate that is found today towards BIPoC and LGBTQ+ members. We work to bring awareness, educate, advocate, and bring change to our community and the world.
