NACD is the most trusted association for board directors. Our mission is to empower directors and transform boards to be future ready. The NACD Minnesota Chapter has provided local, cross-industry, peer-to-peer director forums for almost 20 years. By convening directors and experts to examine leading practices and anticipate developing issues, the NACD Minnesota Chapter helps participating directors be more effective in the boardroom, add value to the company, and foster the positive image of corporations and organizations through improved governance. The NACD Minnesota Chapter serves approximately 750 NACD members and a broader community of non-member directors and board executives who regularly attend our educational seminars and roundtable discussions.
