We believe a significant reduction in recidivism will occur when those convicted of a crime are redeemed back into society and given a chance to become productive members of their communities through meaningful employment with a livable wage.
What We Do
The Redemption Project partners with employers to provide inmates with mentoring opportunities while incarcerated and meaningful employment upon release.
