With a vision of a thriving multicultural community, enriched with Latino leadership, culture, and economic influence, our mission is to transform our community by creating economic opportunity for Latinos. We are the Latino Economic Development Center, an association of Latino entrepreneurs and leaders in the state of Minnesota. Our members have drive, passion, and know-how that creates this burgeoning Latino business community which is the nucleus of good quality life. We come together to focus our attention on the business needs of our members. We provide capital. We foster education. We influence policy and systems that benefit our community. By joining together as business leaders, we are defining our future.

The Latino Economic Development Center’s (LEDC) mission is to create economic opportunity for Latinos by fostering entrepreneurship growth, workforce advancement, education opportunities, and supporting business development as a vehicle for reducing social and economic disparities. We envision a region and a state with a thriving multicultural community, enriched with Latino leadership, culture, and economic influence. We are Latino-led - committed to lifting up marginalized communities in Minnesota primarily through economic development.
