We are an Alliance of entrepreneurs, volunteers, non profits, and corporate partners all working together to support the growth of BIPOC-owned companies, building connections and working to end systemic racism.

The Minority Business Growth Alliance (MBGA) is a grass-roots organization that helps minority-owned businesses develop new and critical capabilities to grow. We are an alliance of professionals, corporations and non-profits, working one-on-one with minority business owners, offering expertise and time; leveraging relationships to make a difference. We provide pro-bono strategic guidance and execution support to BIPOC Business Owners. Our Alliance creates greater understanding and appreciation across cultures by making personal and professional connections that help break through systemic racism.
