We’re Good Grocer. A volunteer-powered grocery store on a mission. We’re transforming the food system to make good, fresh food accessible and affordable for everyone in our community.
What We Do
Everyone working in our store is a volunteer. This dramatically reduces our operating costs, and allows us to pass the savings on to you and all of our customers. In return for working 2.5 hours a month, our volunteers enjoy a 20% discount.
When you shop at Good Grocer you’re helping make groceries more affordable for people struggling with food insecurity. We use proceeds from your purchases to stock the shelves of our food outlet, so when you buy groceries at full price, we’re able to offer the same items to someone in need at half price.
