Our vision is a transformed system, free from racial and economic inequities where African Diaspora communities can thrive and lead prosperous lives.

We are an issue-based organization engaging our communities to address issues that impact them. Our mission is to close the inequity gaps that exist within low-wealth communities of color. We work in the key areas of Health Equity, Economic & Community Development, Housing Justice, and Civic Engagement.
