Organization’s Challenge:
Leaders of Today and Tomorrow (LOTT) is seeking support with establishing brand standards. They are a volunteer-run nonprofit that offers leadership development, mentoring, and community-building opportunities to women and gender non-conforming individuals. As they implement a new strategic plan, one of their highest priorities is brand recognition. They have done some work in this area, including a draft of a brand guidelines document and one-off social media graphics in Canva, but limited volunteer capacity and marketing experience have made building consistent branding templates difficult. LOTT seeks expertise refining and finalizing their current brand guidelines along with setting up a Canva branding toolkit: beyond their standard colors and logo, insights around things like fonts, headings, overall tone, and image style would be beneficial. Additional support in creating reusable Canva templates for social media posts and flyers to use with key annual campaigns and ongoing volunteer recruitment would add value to their marketing efforts.

This spot is for the Project Lead Role - Project Leads help facilitate the meetings, guiding the team through the agendas, keeping folks on task and conversation flowing, inclusive of all voices. Project leads do not need to have expertise in all aspects of the challenge but rather have strong leadership and facilitation skills. They will also help schedule the scoping call.
