Organization’s Challenge:
QUEERSPACE Collective is seeking support reviewing their google analytics, ensuring it is set up correctly, optimized for capturing important data and tracking KPIs.
QUEERSPACE Collective is a newer nonprofit and Communications Manager Katie Huynh is working to stand up various foundational marketing systems to set the organization up for sustainable, long-term success. Katie has a lot of experience in marketing but is newer to the world of Google Analytics and is seeking support acclimating her to the tools and reviewing what she’s already set up. So far, Katie has lightly dabbled in tags, has done some custom UTM tracking, and has occasionally done paid ads. The team is eager to learn more about their web traffic behavior, source referrals, unique visitors, and conversion rate, especially for their donation page. While Katie and team have outlined a few KPIs, they’re also open to advice on other important data points to track. The team would love support setting up a dashboard in google analytics to be able to readily see and analyze their marketing efforts.
Stretch goals, as time allows, could include learning more about and boosting their SEO, as well as diving into the analytics available from their newsletters, sent via Constant Contact.
QUEERSPACE Collective is excited for support establishing and refining their analytics tracking which will empower them to develop data-informed, strategic marketing plans for 2026.
