Corporate Volunteer Engagement

The corporate community represents a powerful force for change. When you invest volunteers, expertise and financial resources, your corporation can strengthen communities and impact social change. HandsOn Twin Cities partners with companies of all sizes to engage employees in volunteer community service based upon priorities. We are expert planners, managers and leaders of corporate social responsibility volunteer projects that promote employee teamwork.

Our programs connect employees to community service and provide critical support to our nonprofit affiliate partners, while generating revenue that enables the staff and volunteers of HandsOn Twin Cities to improve our communities throughout the year. Connecting with us will be the last phone call that you make in your search for employee engagement!

HandsOn @ Work

We partner with businesses to identify opportunities to engage employees in projects that best fit the impact focus of your company as well as the needs of the community. We coordinate every logistical element to plan, execute and manage your customized employee volunteer service project.

Call us to help with the following:

  • Identify nonprofit organizations that your business can help
  • Work within your budget goals
  • Plan project details, purchase tools and event supplies, down to the last paintbrush!
  • Coordinate and lead your project
  • Provide a project impact report so you can celebrate your volunteer story year round
